Following Request to Pre-Reserve Spot

 Guest(s) wishing to pre-reserve a spot, will provide a valid US Passport, followed by a scheduled “get to know you” FaceTime call

 All Guests will be properly vetted to attend Retreat

Providing valid US Passport + FaceTime call, does not automatically guarantee a spot to attend the Retreat, this information will serve as a pre-reservation, once the liability waiver + payment is received, pre-reservations will move to a confirmed spot to attend the Retreat

Retreat Booking Terms & Conditions:

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

a) Any/all information willingly provided within this website, will only be used to communicate Guest reservation and Retreat details leading up to the Retreat.

BOOKING:

a) Your booking is not considered confirmed until payment Option 1 or Payment Option 2 (detailed under Cost) has been received in full and processed.

b) In booking said Retreat with Adventures by Tiny Dwelling LLC, you are accepting travel terms and conditions as stated within the Retreat Details, FAQ & Cost section within this website. Failure to comply will result in being asked to depart from said Retreat, without refunds for  days remaining in said Retreat. Should this occur, Guest(s) are responsible to amend return fight, as well as securing transportation to airport.

c) Guest details will be shared with owners/management of Accommodations & Chauffeured Driver, information shared will consist of Guest(s) name and contact information, this will serve as a backup should the need arise in the event of an emergency.

COMMUNICATIONS:

a) All communication will originate via email or telephone and will only occur from Host/Rebecca Stewart. If you are contacted by anyone else,  either block the caller and do not reply to email, again all communication will originate from Host/Rebecca Stewart.

b) Adventures by Tiny Dwelling LLC will not/does not sell any Guest(s) personal information.

c) Adventures by Tiny Dwelling LLC does not utilize third party links within the website, therefore Adventures by Tiny Dwelling LLC does not request a use of “Cookies” policy consent to  utilize website. Hosting provider for website is via Hostgator, website designed and maintained by Host/Rebecca Stewart using WordPress. At times minimal updates/edits will occur without notification to users, should major updates occur, Guest(s) will be notified of such changes. 

d) Adventures by Tiny Dwelling LLC does not receive any financial endorsement from any vendor highlighted within the Retreat details.

PAYMENT:

a) Payments made in USD (United States Dollar) and paid to Adventures by Tiny Dwelling LLC, payment method will be discussed within 24 hours of reservation inquiry.

b) If electing payment Option 2 within Retreat details Cost sections and second payment is not met by Guest(s) or communicated by Guest(s) within 30 days following the initial first payment, your reservation will be cancelled without refund of any monies spent to date.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

MOBILTY/FITNESS: 

a) It is the responsibility of each Guest to know their level of mobility and fitness. The Retreat are designed to be enjoyable, moderate daily walking on various will occur, as well as stairs, sensible footwear is advised.

It is the responsibility of each Guest(s) to be aware of their surroundings. Should Guest(s) experience injury or discomfort anytime during the Retreat, you are asked to communicate this immediately with Host/Rebecca Stewart and all feasible measures will be taken. Adventures by Tiny Dwelling LLC can not be held responsibly for any injuries or illnesses sustained/experienced during the duration of the Retreat, should an injury or illness occur, local medical services will be utilized at the cost of Guest(s).

LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS:

a) It is the responsibility of each Guest to ensure personal possessions are kept safe at all times both at  London & Cotswolds accommodations. Each Guest(s) will provide a valid credit card at time of check in at London- Firmdale Hotels to cover any incidentals that could occur during stay, payable on departure. 

COMPLAINTS:

Should any complaints or concerns arise during Retreat, Guest(s) are asked to immediately bring to the attention of the Host/Rebecca Stewart for a solution.

FAILED COMMUNICATIONS:

Guest(s) must understand, Retreat planning involves entities outside the United States, which could lead to possible communication errors, if such an error occurs, Guest(s) should be respectful to Host/Rebecca Stewart until a solution is rendered.
