How Do I Arrive To The Retreat

Choice of Airline + Chauffeured Driver(s) / Private Vehicle(s) once arriving to London (Heathrow Airport).

*Airfare not included in Retreat Cost, SEE Booking Flights below.

Each Retreat Guest is responsible for securing roundtrip airfare to/from London’s Heathrow Airport.

Airfare to/from London NOT included in Retreat Cost.

It is highly suggested your arrival time on Monday May 11, 2026 occur before 12:00 noon (London time) with a  departure time on Sunday May 17, 2026 occuring after 3:00pm (London time), as the private chauffeured car service is included in the Retreat cost and will be waiting to transport the group to the Cotswolds and return group to Heathrow at the conclusion of the Retreat.

*Any arriving flights past 12:00 noon (London time) on Monday May 11, 2026 or departure flights before 12:00 noon (London time) on Sunday May 17, 2026, those Retreat Guests will be responsible for own transportation to accommodations in the Cotswolds and/or for their return to Heathrow Airport for departure flight. Such transportation services could include via train, taxi or car service and must be arranged by Retreat Guest and paid by those seeking this service.

Please Note: Retreat will officially begin once we depart Heathrow Airport and will include stops en route to the Cotswolds.

British Airways offers direct flights to Heathrow from various airports throughout the United States, if you reside in an area that British Airways does not service, you will need to book a connecting flight to an airport serviced by British Airways or utilize another airline. If your flight options allow you to connect in Nashville, TN (Airport code BNA), this is the airport being utilizing by the Retreat Host.

It is suggested to research flight options to learn costs prior to reserving your spot for the Retreat, securing your flights as early as possible, will render best possible cost options for airfare.

It is suggested not to book Retreat before learning cost of airfare, as Retreat reservations are non-refundable, SEE Are Tickets Refundable below, for additional information.

Your Flight Crew will provide information as to where you should proceed upon arrival, due to the overall size of Heathrow, you will likely be shuttled to the terminal via airport bus, an approximate 8 minute ride.

For Retreat Guests arriving at Heathrow by 12:00 noon (London time), a designated meeting location will be shared after reserving your spot, allowing each Guest to be greeted by Host and chaffered private driver. After collecting baggage and those Guests arriving by 12:00 noon (London time) have arrived, we’re off on our ADVENTURE!

The Retreat offers Private Rooms + Paired/Shared Rooms.

Each Guest is required to reserve a spot.

The Retreats are curated for adults, however in some instances, should you wish to travel with anyone else, considerations will be made, simply include those wishes with your inquiry.  

The England 2026 Retreat is curated for a smaller more intimate group, as this ensures a personalized experience for each Guest.

Each Retreat offering is thoughtfully curated with immense attention to detail, to offer a seamless and unforgettable experience from the moment you arrive to England until departing at the conclusion of the trip, therefore the number of Guests will vary with each Retreat. 

Total Guests in attendance is dependent on Solo Guest (Private Room) versus Paired/Shared Guests (Sharing Bed).

A Cancellation List, has been created allowing any interested individual(s) to be contact in the event of a cancellation, a 24 hour window will be extended to confirm participation, otherwise the next name on the list will be contacted. Contact to be placed on the Cancellation List or use the Contact form.

Future Retreats will EXPAND to accommodate more Guests.

With a limited number of Guests, reservation(s) is/are non-refundable, reservation(s) can be transferred once to a friend or family member. Should a transfer of reservation occur, the original purchaser forfeits all monies paid. Any/all transferred booking(s) will follow the same travel guidelines regarding airfare to/from London’s (Heathrow Airport), arrival time, as well as all other Retreat details.

Cancellations are only accepted if your Retreat reservation(s) can be filled prior to 90 days (February 26, 2026) of Retreat.

YES, Absolutely & Certainly!

There are 2 Payment Options detailed in the section titled RESERVE your Spot.

All Accommodations and Chauffeured Vehicle Transportation are NON-SMOKING/Vape and any other forms of tobacco product is prohibited.

Alcohol purchases and consumption throughout the Retreat are at the discretion of each Guest(s).

In the event of health emergencies, local emergency services will be utilized. 

All Retreat Guests will be briefed on specific emergency plans at both Accommodations.

IMPORTANT:

The Retreat Host is not travel agent/agency, therefore it is strongly recommended that all Guests secure comprehensive travel insurance.

Inquire with your bank or credit card companies, as many offer travel insurance as part of their benefits, if you have a AAA membership, contact your local office as they may be able to offer assistance in securing travel insurance.  

Should you need to return home prior to the conclusion of the Retreat ending, costs are non refundable.

If I have mobility/fitness challenges does this present a challenge for me to attend Retreat?

No!

Each Retreat is designed to be enjoyable for individuals participating, moderate walking as well as stairs will occur within villages visited. Sensible footwear is advised.

There are an abundance of benches, cafes, coffee shops, etc to take a rest. 

I am traveling alone, will I feel out of place?

No, not at all!

When curating Retreats Solo Guests are also at the forefront of planning.

It is highly likely you will create new friendships with other Guests and find yourself thinking about the next Adventure being offered! 

While in England should you wish to extend your visit, Guest(s) is/are responsible for making all travel arrangements beyond May 17, 2026.

If you have never traveled Internationally and find yourself with questions, simply contact to discuss and additional information will be shared. 

Due to Guests departing and returning from various locations, as well as seat class preferences, it is best to allow each Guest to secure their own flights.

Food/Meals & Drinks

Due to food allergies and sensitivities, it is best to allow individual Guest attending Retreat to be responsibly for their own food planning and purchases. 

Alcohol: Alcohol purchases and consumption is AT WILL and at the discretion of each Guest.

Host can not be held responsible for injury/accident/damage/behavior caused alcohol consumption by any Guest during Retreat. 

YES, Absolutely and Certainly!

Opportunities for free time will present itself during the Retreat.

However, to best maximize each days adventure, there will be a schedule both in the Cotswolds and in London. Each Guest however, can explore on their own while visiting the various areas, have meals on their own etc.

While in London, if Guest(s) elect to breakaway from the group, not utilizing the transportation included in Retreat costs, they are responsible for cost of their transportation while moving about London.
