How Do I Arrive To The Retreat

Choice of Airline + Chauffeured Private Vehicle(s) once arriving to London (Heathrow Airport)

Retreat Guests are responsible for securing roundtrip airfare to/from London’s Heathrow Airport.

Airfare to/from London NOT included in Retreat Cost.

It is highly suggested your arrival time on Friday May 20th, 2027 occur before 11:00am (London time) with a  departure time on Thursday May 27, 2027 occuring after 3:00pm (London time), as the private chauffeured car service is included in the Retreat cost and will be transporting Guests to Heathrow at conclusion of Retreat.

IMPORTANT: Flights arriving anytime past 11:00am (London time) on Friday May 20, 2027 OR departure flights before 12:00 noon (London time) on Thursday May 27, 2027  Guest(s) will be responsible for own transportation to London accommodations and/or return to Heathrow Airport from the Cotswolds for departure flight. Such transportation services could include via train, taxi or car service and must be arranged by Retreat Guest(s) and paid by those seeking such service.

Please Note: Retreat will officially begin once we depart Heathrow Airport and will include stops en route to London.

British Airways offers direct flights to Heathrow from various airports throughout the United States, if you reside in an area that British Airways does not service, you will need to book a connecting flight to an airport serviced by British Airways or utilize another airline of your choice.

It is suggested to research flight options to learn costs prior to reserving your spot for the Retreat, securing your flights as early as possible, will render best possible cost options for airfare, securing a flight does not guarantee an automatic spot to attend Retreat, flights NOT included in cost of Retreat.

It is suggested not to book Retreat before learning cost of airfare, as Retreat reservations are non-refundable, SEE Are Tickets Refundable below, for additional information.

The airline Flight Crew will provide information as to where you should proceed upon arrival or check with gate attendant for additional assistance after debarking aircraft.

Guest(s) will collect luggage and proceed to Customs, once cleared through Customs, all Guest will meet Host at designated terminal location shared prior departing the United States for the UK.

Due to the overall size of Heathrow, an airport bus or train rail within Heathrow could be involved to reach the designated terminal for meeting location upon arrival.

Any Guest(s) electing to arrive one day ahead of Retreat schedule and staying at a nearby hotel (3 miles or less) from Heathrow, arrangements can be made for hotel pickup AFTER all guests are collected at Heathrow.

Retreats offers Private Rooms + Paired/Shared Rooms.

Each Guest is required to reserve a spot.

Retreats are curated for adult and are non smoking/non vaping.

ALL forms of tobacco are NOT permitted at anytime, SEE section titled Tobacco & Alcohol.

Daily walking is required within various setting to include various surfaces, steps and inclines may be required to navigate certain areas. If you have concerns, please present those to Host PRIOR to securing a post to attend Retreat.

Guests should be respectful of Host, Driver(s) and other Guests, gratitude and kindness are expected and appreciated. 

Retreats are curated for a smaller more intimate groups, as this ensures a personalized experience for each Guest.

Guest totals are dependent on Solo Guest (Private Room) versus Paired/Shared Guests (Shared Bed OR Split Beds).

Retreats can EXPAND to accommodate more Guests for small group travel, contact for additional information.

With a limited number of Guests, reservation(s) is/are non-refundable. 

Cancellations are accepted  yet do NOT equal refunds of any amount paid.

All Accommodations and Chauffeured Vehicle Transportation are NON-SMOKING/VAPE and ALL other forms of tobacco product are ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED.

Violator(s) will be asked to depart Retreat and all monies paid will be forfeited.

Violator(s) will be responsible to arrange and pay for transportation from given location to Heathrow Airport or location of choice.

*If you Smoke/Vape or use any other tobacco products, this Retreat isn’t for you, violators WILL BE ASKED TO DEPART RETREAT, NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO EXCEPTIONS

Alcohol purchases and consumption throughout the Retreat are at the discretion and cost of each Guest(s). In the event a Guest(s) becomes intoxicated, you will be asked to depart the Retreat and all monies paid will be forfeited.

*If you elect to become intoxicated, this Retreat isn’t for you, violators WILL BE ASKED TO DEPART RETREAT, NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO EXCEPTIONS

Violator(s) will be responsible to arrange and pay for transportation from given location to Heathrow Airport or location of choice.

In the event of health emergencies, local emergency services will be utilized.

Host/Rebecca Stewart can not be held liable under any condition of any health emergency.

IMPORTANT:

Retreat Host/Rebecca Stewart is NOT travel agent/agency it is strongly recommended all Guests secure comprehensive travel insurance.

Inquire with your bank or credit card companies, as many offer travel insurance as part of their benefits, if you have a AAA membership, contact your local office as they may be able to offer assistance in securing travel insurance.  

Should Guest(s) for any reason need to depart prior to the conclusion of the Retreat, costs are non refundable.

Retreats are designed to be enjoyable, moderate daily walking on various surfaces will occur, as well as stairs, sensible footwear is advised.

If you have concerns contact Host PRIOR to submitting interest.

I am traveling alone, will I feel out of place?

No, not at all!

While planning Retreats Solo Guests are also at the forefront of planning.

Should Guest(s) wish to extend visit, Guest(s) is/are responsible for making all travel arrangements and costs beyond conclusion of Retreat.

No Worries.

If you have never traveled Internationally and find yourself with questions, simply contact Host to discuss and additional information will be shared. 

Due to Guest(s) departing and returning from various locations, as well as seat class preferences, it is best to allow each Guest to secure their own flights.

Due to allergies and sensitivities to foods & drinks it is best to allow individual Guest(s) attending Retreat to be responsible for food & drink planning and purchases. 

Alcohol purchases and consumption is AT WILL and at the discretion of each Guest, please READ section above titled Tobacco & Alcohol.

Host can not be held responsible for injury/accident/damage or behavior caused by alcohol consumption by any Guest(s) during Retreat. 

SEE Tobacco & Alcohol section above for IMPORTANT information pertaining to overconsumption of alcohol or use of tobacco products as listed.

Opportunities for free time will present itself during the Retreat, Guest(s) decide how to use the time.

If after any day of exploring, Guest(s) can forgo the next day itinerary and remain at accommodations, in doing so Guest(s) will forfeit scheduled itinerary details with no monies refunded.

To best maximize the Cotswolds, a daily itinerary will be in place, set itinerary subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (rain), establishment closures, off itinerary timeline, etc.

London itinerary is less scheduled due to Guest(s) desire to arrive and depart the Kensington Dollshouse Festival.

Attending Festival is optional (a one day ticket is included with the Retreat cost).

Guest(s) electing to attend Festival will have a one day ticket for entry, transportation to Festival via Tube (Tube fair not included in Retreat cost) Guests may travel together to Festival or make own arrangements at added cost.

If at anytime Guest(s) elect to breakaway for “Free Time” Guest(s) are responsible for own arrangements and cost of transportation.
